The Dry storage cabinets in the SD+ series are the highest performance versions of the SD range and are fully network compatible. The Storage Cabinets are equipped with high precision sensors, dynamic regeneration and integrated data logging. Safe and energy efficient low humidity control of <2% RH. A second drying unit ensures uninterrupted and redundant drying (SD+ 1104, 1106 and 1704 only).
SD+ Series storage cabinets deliver outstanding performance to store your moisture sensitive components and PCBs as a result of a high performance drying unit. The U-2000 series drying unit reaches very reliable, low humidity values of ≤2% RH but during daily operation with regular door openings an average of <5% RH is guaranteed. Totech’s SD+ series are made to store your moisture sensitive products. Storage cabinets <5% RH are perfect to stop your MSL floor life and freeze it as long as needed.
The SD+ Series are Smart Connect ready! This means that they are ready to be integrated within a network and are compatible with Totech Storage Manager. The software suite that keeps you connected, it enables you to Organise, Supervise, Locate and Track the MSD’s used in your entire factory.
The Storage Cabinets of the SD+ series come with a power efficient drying unit, precision measuring technology and an intuitive control panel. Within our SD+ range we have the possibility to add various feeder systems to make storage of a feeder+reel assembly even easier.
