This Automated Storage and Retrieval System named i-Collector first generation, is designed to generate optimal storage density on a small footprint for an extensive range of products Its applicable in various environments and industries.

A wide spectrum of items can be stored on product carriers such as bins or trays. As long as the dimensions of the carriers are within our limits of 800 x 600 x 600 mm (LxWxH) the system can store them automatically.
Intelligent Control Software increases the functionality and performance of the storage system.

II. Installation conditions:

• Normal temperature during installation , minimum + 5°C • Prior to the installation the installation area will be made available broom swept, dry and empty and there are no other companies at work there

• Dimension truck entrance minimally 3,5 m wide and 5 m high • Use of necessary installation equipment (e.g. scissor lifts, roller frames, autocranes, combustion engines and normal black tyres) allowed • Electricity, water available free of charge

• We assume that the installation can be carried out in a continuous period of time. • Installation is at normal weekdays from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 18:00 • Toilet & Canteen are available free of charge • Lockable storage for equipment available

• Enough storage space available (complete rack area, incl. receiving shipping area, other activities should be completed in this area).

Where Technology Meets Precision

The Dry Module Plus gives you a basket of products conform your pick list. This eliminates the need of walking into the room to search for your products and it will have no effect on the dry atmosphere. In close collaboration with Kardex, we developed Dry Module Plus and made it suitable for the dry storage of your components reels. This Dry Module is particularly suitable in ares where the height is limited to 3 meters. A Dry Module can even be (partially) placed outside!

Storing the products in or out is done by hand. By scanning your pick list, you will get the right parts at the entry of Dry Module. The picking speed is only 16 seconds and can even be faster when multiple articles are within the same location.

The system can approximately store 18.000 reels of 180 mm, 7.100 rolls of 330 mm and around 10.000 rolls in a mix. (40ft version). Dry Module Plus is also available in a 20ft version. The storage capacity with this limited height is unrivalled.

Dry Module Plus is ideal for customers who have limited height available and wish to store many reels in a dry atmosphere on a small footprint. Moreover, it prevents searching and going inside to pick orders for production.

We ship them directly to the customer’s site. This shortens the installation time on-site and thus potential downtime of production in the factory. Dry Module can be transported overseas.

If you do not have sufficient height at your production location but still want to have an automated storage system with high volume optimized storage capacity, Dry Module Pro is the best choice. With a capacity reaching up to 18.000 reels it is a very efficiently and organized solution with a small footprint. The price per reel is the best on the market for a fully automated Dry Storage System.

For customers who already have a Dry Tower but need a storage buffer system to relocate their main stock from the warehouse, they can use a Dry Module to automatically buffer their production, in their Dry Tower system. This means; that when the Dry Tower notices it runs out of certain products, it will signal Dry Module Pro to give out those products to store it automatically in the Dry Tower! This fully eliminates the manual store-in of the constantly running Dry. Tower in a production environment.

This buffer process can be done in 3 ways, by manually taking a trolley full of products from Dry Module Pro and put it in the docking station at the Dry Tower, by automated conveyor belts between Dry Module and the Dry Tower, or by AIV’s.
